In case you are not in the contractual relationship with our company (where GDPR principles are stated separately), but you contact us via web-forms at our website (*) or via another form, e.g. e-mail, mail communication, phone, personal contact, we process specific personal data as follows:

  • identification: name, surname, academic title

  • contact: e-mail address, phone number, IP address

  • data from mutual communication.


In case you apply to our company's open vacancies, we process following personal data categories:

  • name,

  • surname,

  • academic title,

  • address,

  • date of birth,

  • identification number,

  • sex,

  • citizenship and work permit status,

  • information provided by third parties as a reference,

  • information contained in your curriculum vitae and motivational letter,

  • information about your possible current contractual relationship with our clients.


We process personal data manually and automatically in our corporate IT systems (further as CIS).

KM Technology process personal data for following purposes:

  • fulfilling contractual relationships

  • processing financial operations,

  • recruiting and on-boarding activities connected to selection processes to our current vacancies, even after termination of these processes in case vacancy will become open again in short period of time,

  • improvement and evaluation of services provided to our customers,

  • right to rectification incorrect, inaccurate or incomplete data,

  • right to delete / anonymize personal data, e.g. when data controller does not need your data or processes your data illegally,

  • right to restrict processing personal data of person concerned according do GDPR laws,

  • right to transfer personal data to another data controller if this results from fulfilling contractual duties and / or explicit consent. At the same time this transfer can be processed automatically,

  • right to object without mentioning a reason,

  • right to not to be a subject to a decisions based on automatic personal data processing, including profiling,

  • right to request a review of decision issued by data controller in other than automated form,

  • right to complain to an inspection institution,

  • right to revoke provided consent with processing personal data anytime, if processing is based on providing consent to data controller.
